Good food: it's what's for dinner. TONIGHT.
Or it should be, anyway! But, you might protest, we've graduated college. We don't have dining halls anymore. How will we find the time to cook? Who's going to assure us that a recipe is, in fact, bangin'? Who's going to keep us from making such a horrendous error as to PUT TOFU IN AN APPLE CRISP? This is THE REAL WORLD (or something like it)! HOW CAN WE DO THIS OURSELVES?
Fear not, ladies and gentlemen. We're all in the same pickle (hah, food pun), and we're all learning how to time our cooking, construct our meals, and rely on staples other than Ramen noodles. The good news is: we'll all be trying different recipes. We'll all be learning what does and what doesn't work, those tips or tricks for breaking recipes down, building them up, putting them in the center and shaking them all about, and just making an all-around delicious meal. Consider this blog your personal recipe exchange with all your closest friends who, like you, are aspiring to not burn down the house.
Ready? Let's get cooking.
